At Twisted Lily, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; therefore, we offer returns on unopened, original-packaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used products and individual sample vials are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original cellophane wrapping, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot refund broken bottles.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a nominal return shipping fee.
