What is your return policy for fragrances?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances. We highly recommend purchasing a sample vial before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Please note that due to safety regulations, all fragrances must be shipped via ground transport.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Twisted Lily is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. We work directly with the perfume houses and their official distributors to ensure 100% authenticity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Due to international shipping regulations regarding alcohol-based products, we are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your scents, but if an item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement.
